Emergency: You may have diverticulitis which can cause perforation and infection spreading inside of your abdomen, urinary tract infection. Both of them in your age require medical attention ASAP! Untill prooven otherwise. So go to emergency room or see your doctor. ER may be better choice because they can do tests quickly then your doctor.
