No: By the time you are in your twenties (usually late teens), your bones have stopped growing because the growth plates at the ends of the bones have closed. If you growing in your late twenties, you may have a pituitary gland disorder causing excessive release of growth hormone. This can occur in a condition known as acromegaly for which you must see an endocrinologist for treatment.
