Rinse it out: Rinse the mascara out of your eye with eye wash, artificial tears or tap water. If this does not take care of the discomfort, see an ophthalmologist for treatment.

Get an eye exam: You scratched your cornea or conjunctiva. While this can heal on its own mascara often contains bacteria and injuries can result in eye infection.You need an eye exam and antibiotic eye drops. Immediate treatment should be rinse the eye with a sterile eye rinse.
