Yes, but....: It will dilute the nasonex (mometasone). If you need to use afrin, use it about 30 minutes before nasonex (mometasone). It will open up the nose so the Nasonex (mometasone) gets in better and will be more effective. Be sure to heed the warnings on the afrin packaging.
