How do you know if nasonex (mometasone) allergy?

Side effects: Nasonex (mometasone) can cause nosebleeds, headache and irritation. These are considered side effects. True allergy is extremely rare and would cause swelling of nasal tissue and perhaps itching. I've never seen this in 30+ years of clinical practice.
