Can scoliosis cause upper abdominal pain?

It is unlikely.: Idiopathic scoliosis tends to be a painless condition. Large curves may cause back pain. It is very unusual for scoliosis to cause abdominal pain.

Depends: Depends on the severity and the curve location. Could be other causes such as an ulcer etc. Better have your md take a look at this.
