What to do if face sunk in after braces?

Ortho extraction?: Extraction of premolar for ortho therapy done after 18 yrs old will probably cause this. If done before 14, the angulation or sunk in will partially compensated via mandibular growth. If the mandible already grows forward, tipping of upper teeth will occur as the result of premolar space closure. If the occlusion is stable, leave it alone. If it is unstable, go back to your dentist for eval.
