Adult Braces Results: The bone structure in adults is set. You cannot change the bone structure in an individual who is no longer growing without more invasive procedures such as surgery. You can get very minor changes in the lip area either by bringing the teeth forward or back (in extraction cases). Consult with an orthodontist to discuss your options.
