Possible cyst: This seems to be either a healing area where you may have bitten your inner cheek in the past (You may not have realized this occurred) or a cyst. Either way, I would recommend showing your dentist or doctor (in person or via telemedicine). In order to properly diagnose this, it needs to be seen; then if any treatment is necessary, it can be done.
