?pressure: If this persists, see a dr. For an eval, but one thing that may occur in your case is the pressure in your head and/or sinuses may be increased as you head is bent over, thus causing a head ache to occur.

Upper back -Shoulder blade pain, pinching and strain. Sore sides of the neck. Bending the neck down increases the pinching and pain in shoulder blades. So times this leads to headache on the back of the head.
