Call doctor: Any headache lasting more than two weeks should be of concern. So it's best to contact your pcp, and have this looked at further. It could be a migraine headache, it could be a cluster headache too, it all depends on your history, and what is revealed. Difficult to do in this forum. Also make sure that you're hydrating well, staying away from triggers that can cause migrainous type headaches like cheese, wine, certain types of proteins.

Chronic: You sound miserable and confused. Young chronic pain ; migraine patients usually need the help of a psychiatrist. You may have had a difficult life and need help with coping skills, dealing with stress, keeping a job and getting an education. Pain is a very subjective problem, sometmes a learned behavior and it is very difficult to think beyond yourself with out help. Treat the cause.
