Call doctor: Any headache lasting more than two weeks should be of concern. So it's best to contact your pcp, and have this looked at further. It could be a migraine headache, it could be a cluster headache too, it all depends on your history, and what is revealed. Difficult to do in this forum. Also make sure that you're hydrating well, staying away from triggers that can cause migrainous type headaches like cheese, wine, certain types of proteins.

Botox and Surgery: Long term relief of migraines can be achieved with botox. If you have a good response, you may be a candidate for surgery. Surgery has been shown to dramatically decrease the frequency and intensity of migraines. www.themigrainereliefcenter.com.
