Congratulations!: Yes, you may take children's Acetaminophen but why not adult acetaminophen? This medication is dosed based on weight so if you weigh at least 100 pounds (to be safe) you can take the adult dose of Acetaminophen every 4-6 hours as needed only. It is always a good idea to discuss any medicine with you OB before you take any medicine.

Tylenol (acetaminophen) : You can take acetaminophen. I recommend avoiding cough and cold syrups if you can. Steamy shower or warm bath can help with congestion.
