More uncomfortable: on insertion, but we can use topical lidocaine if they're really big/inflamed. also with sedatives onboard, you are unlikely to care too much.

No: You'll be sedated and wont feel a thing. They dont get "in the way" or cause issues. The day before during your prep they can be irritated and you should take care then, but the colonoscopy will be fine. Good Luck!
