Warm baths: If hemorrhoids only seen by colonoscopist with no associated symptoms then no treatment suggested. If there are mild symptoms, a rectal cream or warm soaks can help. If more symptomatic with pain and bleeding, resection or rubber banding would be needed.

Irritable bowel: You might need to maintain a healthy diet and healthy life style. Healthy diet with at least 20-25gm fiber and plenty of fluids (at least 1.2-1.5 liters per day). Your medications Amytriptaline and Lorazepam would both have effect on your bowel, and they would slow your bowel, resulting in incomplete emptying. You could discuss meds with your doctor and find alternatives.
