You should see a neurologist for a full evaluation so that a diagnosis can be made. Once a diagnosis is made, treatment, if needed, can be given. It is not possible to make a diagnosis without evaluating you, including a physical exam and likely tests, like a brain MRI. Good luck!

It is not feasible to provide an explanation or a diagnosis of your apparent movement disorders in the absence of a direct examination. Have your regular doctor refer you to a neurologist who can assess the significance of your tremors, and intervene appropriately.
