Sometimes it feels like my brain is shaking , i will also feel jittery with excessive hand tremors , mild confusion, sometimes i am seen moving my lips as though im conversing but i am completely unaware of my mouth moving in this way ?

You should see a neurologist for a full evaluation so that a diagnosis can be made. Once a diagnosis is made, treatment, if needed, can be given. It is not possible to make a diagnosis without evaluating you, including a physical exam and likely tests, like a brain MRI. Good luck!
