Is it safe to take robaxin and tylenol (acetaminophen) if i have a concussion?

No and yes: Tylenol (acetaminophen) is fine, but i would recommend against use of robaxin. The typical side effects of Robaxin may mimic or exacerbate your concussion symptoms.

No Robaxin (methocarbamol): Stay away from Robaxin (methocarbamol) as it can be sedating. This may make post-concussion symptoms worse.
