Snake bite: I don't know which snake bit you. Hopefully, not a poisonous one. You should wash your wound with lots of tap water (lukewarm). Don't scrub, scrape or rub the wound. Put an antibiotic ointment and cover it with a bandage. I am not aware of the fact that snake bites are particularly dangerous unlike a venom was shed, so you may observe yourself or choose to go to the doc if you feel worried.

Local hygiene: Soap and water. Antibiotic ointment. Check your tetanus status. I assume the snake is not poisonous.
