Go see your doctor: An inch in diameter is pretty good size! we can't diagnose online, much less biopsy & prescribe, so you need to go see your doctor regarding those sores. Be sure to mention any foreign travel or exposure to anyone from outside local area. Also if you've been inside a hospital or other health care facility recently (we worry about MRSA infections).
