I just did blood tests 2months ago, hemoglobin 13.1 mcv 80.0, mch 26.1 ,mchc 32.7 does that indicate an iron deficiency? i sometimes get heavy periods do i need to do another test?

No & No: First of all, you are not anemic, and the rest of the indices are normal, not indicative of iron deficiency.

Need more info: You are not anemic but that does not rule out low iron stores, Since you have heavy periods, it would be prudent to take oral iron supplement to prevent becoming iron deficient and anemic. Your doctor can prescribe pills that can limit your periods to once a year, if you do not wish to be pregnant. Get HPV vaccine. Wish you good health!
