I have a lump in my earlobe pea size, can it be cancerous? what would the treatment be, what procedure would be used to diagnose what the lump is?

Rarely a cancer: Lumps in the ear lobe are common. Your doctor can easily remove this with a small skin surgery to excise the lump in the earlobe-- done in the office.

Best ignored: Usually these are little epidermoid cysts. If your physician is good with leaving it alone, leave it alone. Try not to play with it. Don't get the ear pierced.
