Sometimes like 20 minutes after i eat throat gets really dry and feels tight but no one can ever see swelling in my throat what could this be?

Throat tightness: These symptoms could be from reflux. Typically the swelling seen with reflux is quite mild, and unless someone sees a good deal of people with this issue, might not be able to see the swelling. The place that the swelling is most noticeable tends to be seen with an endoscope (done by your doctor).
