Your doctor can help: The development of pressure or fullness in the ears may be due to fluid production from sinus inflammation. This can occur in both allergic rhinitis (allergies) and upper respiratory infections.

Ear pain: Nasal congestion from allergies can cause ear congestion and a dull ache. Are you sure it was not a cold ? Use a decongestant and a saline nasal spray ANS if not better in a few days see your doctor.
