What is a rash all over body but mostly around genitals that look like mosquito bites but are not?

Does it itch?: If itching at night it could be a skin mite. Is anyone around you having the issue? Any new detergents. It's likely either a "contact dermatitis", or allergic reaction to something topical, a systemic allergic reaction (low chance) or a skin mite ( my guess) such as scabies. If itching like crazy, may need permetharin cream but i would go see doc.

Allergic reaction: Although possibly some other causes, a generalized rash could be caused by the drug benadryl (diphenhydramine).
