Many reasons: A variety of possible reasons including but not limited to sleep apnea, depression , hypothyroid ...Etc. Please see a doctor for a more through evaluation.

Fatigue: You need to see a sleep specialist, this could be a number of medical issues including several specific sleep issues, given your age, if you are in school, lack of sleep might be an issue as well.
