Everytime i swallow i've been feeling something in my throat .i've been drinking a lot of soft drinks . could this be the cause ?how can i make it stop

Watch what you drink: Your throat irritation related to swallowing may be from acid reflux into your throat(lpr) . Yes carbonated drinks and caffeine can make this worse. Reduce these and drink plenty of fluids. If your not better, see an ENT doctor. Also reduce use of advil (ibuprofen) or other antiinflammatories as these medications can cause reflux related to stomach irritation.
