Probably: Moles will scab if they are scratched or bumped. As long as the scab heals in 1-2 weeks and the mole looks the same, then it is ok. If the scab doesn't heal like any other scrape or the mole looks different afterwards, then have it checked.

Bleeding mole: This may be a matter of simple trauma to the mole or it may be an indication of a more serious problem like a skin cancer. You absolutely must get this checked out by a dermatologist first hand ....Do not wait.
