Dr elden rand. thanks for answering my message.so this isnt the start of ash?do you usually see numbers like mine one normal people on echocardiogram?

Not typical for ASH: You are welcome. Your values would not be typical for the start of ash/hcm. Your values would be typical in a normal echo. If you have a family history of hcm, then periodic reevaluation is necessary, otherwise would not routinely reevaluate with echo, unless other symptoms occur.
