Need continued f/u: Patients with von hippel-lindau are at risk for a variety of tumors, including kidney, pancreatic, brain and eye. Liver lesions in this disease can represent metastasis, but also can represent liver cysts or vascular tumors. The MRI should be able to characterize whether these are cysts or solid. Depending on the size and characteristic, the liver lesion be followed or may need to be biopsied.
