Fly it yourself : Or fly on one? Would recommend consultation for possible ablation. Flying shouldn't be a problem...You would be excluded from an active pilots license.

Probably OK: For rare episodes, well controlled on antiarrhythmic medication, would not Prohibit routine air travel. Unless you mean that you actually want to fly (pilot) a commercial airplane - that is a different question which is better suited for the faa :o).
