I have symptomatic wpw syndrome (episode svt about once a year), i take medications all the time, can i fly commercial airplane (3 hours)?

Probably OK: For rare episodes, well controlled on antiarrhythmic medication, would not Prohibit routine air travel. Unless you mean that you actually want to fly (pilot) a commercial airplane - that is a different question which is better suited for the faa :o).
