WPW: Procainamide(pronestyl) given intravenously has been successfully used in such cases. Adenosine can be given as long as the qrs is narrow. Electric cardioversion can also be performed. Beta blockers can also be tried iv. In my experience, procainamide has been quite effective although it is an older medication. Ideally a cardiologist would be available to treat such a patient.
