See a doctor: People can have stomach pain and spasms from different causes. After evaluation your md may decide to do further work to identify etiology.

further evaluation: Any abdominal pain that persists despite the use of smooth muscle relaxers should be evaluated by a gastroenterologist. Since the pain is relieved only temporarily, the problem is persisting. There are very many causes for abdominal cramps/pain. Based on your youthful age, would suspect it is something not serious, but perhaps caused by stressful situation, or what is labelled irritable bowel.

First thing: Is to have a diagnosis . Abdominal cramp could be caused due to several reasons . When a symptoms develop , we traditionally ask what else ? So , what else do you have ?Any diarrhea , constipation , nausea , vomiting , blood in the stools? Could be irritable bowel syndrome but can not tell for sure . I think you need to see your pcp for through history , physical and may need scoping.
