Bleeding diathesis: I would need to perform a history (bleeding history and medications you are on) and physical to determine why you are bleeding spontaneously. You may have a disorder of blood vessels or platelet abnormalities. Although less likely, you may have a disorder of the coagulation cascade. I would see a physician, who can do a thorough workup. An inherited disorder would have manifested before age 48.
