I only see my 9mo baby at night and on weekends because of my studies. he cries when sitter isn't around and he doesn't like me.i don't know what to do?

The child always wants that primary person. It happens even if you are not gone that much to most families. End of first year baby wants only that primary caretaker for several months, then will expand their affections to the rest.
