See a fertility MD: You should see a reproductive endocrinoogist if your ob-gyn isn't comfortable with managing this...Lots of possible causes/solutions.

Maybe anovulatory : You may not be ovulating every month or you may have a hormonal problem. You should get a check up to be sure you are healthy and ready for a pregnancy.
