Maybe: A woman who misses her period often may have trouble conceiving. A missed period usually means lack of ovulation - of releasing an egg - that cycle. So a woman who misses her period often may have fewer chances in a year to get pregnant than a woman with monthly periods. This situation likely doesn't increase chance of miscarriage.
