Following : Following ovulation can be frustrating. I find that the best approach is to use an ovulation predictor kit that you can get at any pharmacy. The instructions are very good in the kits so just follow them. As far as doing something to increase the chances of a boy, that is more difficult. There are procedures to select male sperm but it is not clinically available. Search on this website for a previous answer I have given that discusses this. The procedure is called microsort. Other than that, there is no proven way to change the odds. If you test and are not ovulating, or you have been trying for more than 6 to 12 months, it is time to see an ob/gyn or reproductive endocrinologist. Hope this helps.
