Not relevant: Progesterone(p4) levels do not reflect the hormone in the uterus. For example, vaginal p4 gives low blood levels but high endometrial tissue levels. Intramuscular p4 gives great blood levels but lower tissue levels. Both work fine. Most of us do not measure the levels though some docs track them and change the hormone supplements. Talk to your doc for advise. Best wishes.
