No cause: There's no reason for Progesterone to drop following et, but levels definitely will fluctuate. As long as they are within a (pretty wide) range, they are okay. In most et cycles, supplemental Progesterone is given - you don't say in yours. The dosing is adjusted to keep the levels in range.
