None!: Progesterone (p4) levels are very low when we use vaginal p4 supplements after ivf. Some use intramuscular p4 but the injections are painful and most have switched to vaginal meds. Estrogen levels are more controversial and usually not checked. Opinions vary by practice so ask your specialists. Best wishes.
