It's quite common...: For infants and toddlers to develop fever after having received their immunizations, and they may also show reactions at the site of the injections. Likewise, pts can manifest acute hypersensitivity reactions to vaccines or their components. Non-febrile constitutional symptoms would be rare/unusual. If you have concerns about your child after being immunized, you should contact your doctor.
