Feeling very down is: Expected, you may be experiencing a very deep sense of loss - and grieving. Your lack of concentration & difficulty sleeping can go hand in hand with that. I am hopeful for you that with time you will work through this. However, some people do become stuck emotionally & develop clinical depression. Make sure you use your support systems - friends, family & pastoral care. A therapist can help if.
