Not the same: There are other methods that can work similarly but the best bet is for you to go to the pharmacy and pick up plan b. This should be done as soon as possible after unprotected intercourse and definitely within 72 hours. If you have a prescription for tri-sprintec, the question is really: why aren't you taking it to avoid this situation? There are other long acting contraceptives, may be better.
