Almost nothing: If you are referring to the standard PPD TB skin test, usually there are no side effects although rarely a very strong reaction can occur which may cause ulceration.

Very Few side afects: Some pt will get a swelling at the site of injection but no induration. This is a neg test. It could cause a larger swelling if you are allergic to the antigin.
