Uric acid: Try limiting your diet by avoiding meat andrich foods like oysters , lobster, etc.

See details: If you do not have a history of gout there is absolutely no reason to do anything about this mildly elevated uric acid level. If you do have gout you need to be on allopurinol. No matter what other docs say, diets have little or no benefit.
