Gout diet: A diet low in purines, a type of protein found in meats, shellfish, anchovies, beer to name a few, and drinking lots of water is the best way to lower your uric acid. Vitamin C and coffee, black cherry juice may also lower uric acid. You can download the gout diet here: https://www.mayoclinic.org/healthy-lifestyle/nutrition-and-healthy-eating/in-depth/gout-diet/art-20048524 Hope this helps!

Uric acid: The best way is with medications. Even on the most strict diet, the therapeutic level is difficult to achieve. I would happy to do a consult if you need one.
