No: An anal fissure is a painful tear at the anal skin usually due to constipation and straining. Anal cancer is usually painless and presents as a growing lump.

Highly unlikely: Most cancers are not pailful. Given ur age it's even more unlikely. Given that u had "treatment" a physician would have examined u, so most likely, zero chance of cancer.
