Both: The show does not reflect the reality of doctors lives. We are much funnier, and more interesting than that. In addition we actually solve problems for patients without getting tangled up in their sex llives. We do all this without commercial interruption.

Yes: This is a personal opinion, but tv doctor shows focus on drama, and sensationalism. What is unseen, is that most physicians have sacrificed a great deal to pursue medicine. They work long hours, weekends, and holidays, and must read often to keep informed as to current developments in their field. Many struggle with managing practice costs and little time for their families.
