Not PCOS: Pcos should not cause pain like that unless you are forming very large cysts all the time. That is unusual. You may have uterine fibroids or endometriosis or even interstitial cystitis. A simple evaluation can help to figure things out.

I have polycystic ovaries, I notice that I secrete 3-4 times every day light white secretions and sometimes they are transparent and quantity is small, and sometimes I feel slight pain in the lower left of the vagina this normal or PCOS is related?
