Fibromyalgia : Unless a seropositve/negative arthridity has not been already diagnosed, a sudden disseminated and symmetrical polyarthritis must be worked up to prevent misdiagnosis a septic or infectious arthritis such is the case with venereal, lyme or mycobacterial disease. Parasitic or helminthology needs excluding depending on which world region. Rheumatic arthritis may also manifest. Fibromyalgia last.
