None really: Having said that, you have to watch for symptoms of estrogen deficiency, or menopause. Hot flashes, mood changes, and, later on, even decreased vaginal moisture and firmness. All those can be offset by taking hormone replacement. I'm sorry you had to go through this major operation at such early age.
